Floor Plans

Luxury Downtown Miami Residences at One Thousand Museum. The One Thousand Museum is 62 floors with 83 residences – only one to two residences per floor. Prices start in the mid-$5M’s and can exceed $20M. It is designed by Pritzker Prize Award Winning Zaha Hadid Architects (London, UK) who is also responsible for the London Olympic Aquatic Center (UK), the Dubai Opera House (UE), and the Guangzhou Opera House (CH). It is the first and only residential project by Hadid in the Western Hemisphere. Grounds were designed by landscape architect Enea Garden Design whose works include the FIFA Headquarters and the Tree Museum (both in Switzerland).

Each residence is exceptionally spacious, providing panoramic views of Miami and the ocean. The building has half floor residences (4,635-4,876 sq. ft.), full floor residences (10,326-10,416 sq. ft.), duplex townhomes (8,344-8,360 sq. ft.), and a penthouse. These measurements do not include the outside balconies and terraces. Each residence can range between 4-6 bedrooms, and wide open spaces for living, eating, and playing.
